- Prepare 2 Tbsp of sugar.
- You need of Few saffron threads.
- You need of Pistachio to garnish.
- Prepare of Edible silver foil.
Kesar-Pista Rabri step by step
- Keep milk for boiling at low flame..
- After 20 min it will start forming cream or malai on top..
- Add saffron and keep moving the cream or malai towards the sides of the pan..
- Reduce till one fourth of original quantity and then add sugar..
- Boil for another 2 min and then switch off. Empty in glass bowl..
- Chill snd then garnish with pistachios and edible silver foil before serving..
