- You need 1 cup of Bhadku flour(ready made available).
- Prepare 2 tbsp of green chillies ginger paste.
- You need 2 tbsp of finely chopped fresh kothmari.
- Prepare 1/2 cup of dahi.
- It's 1-1/4 cup of water.
- Prepare to taste of Salt.
- It's of Green chutney for Serving.
- It's of Ghee/oil for cooking.

- Take one cup of Bhadku flour..in a bowl..mix all other ingredients..mix well. First add only 1cup of water...if needed add more water..Make pancakes like batter..
- Cover the batter and keep for 1/2hour..
- Heat non-stick tawa..apply 1tsp oil..Pour one laddleful of batter..spread evenly on tawa. Sprinkle one TSP of ghee/oil..
- Cover with lid.....as soon as the lower side of bhadku chilla turns golden brown..flip over..and cook till other side also have golden spots..
- Serve Bhadku Chilla hot with green chutney..
