  1. You need 1 cup of Bhadku flour(ready made available).
  2. Prepare 2 tbsp of green chillies ginger paste.
  3. You need 2 tbsp of finely chopped fresh kothmari.
  4. Prepare 1/2 cup of dahi.
  5. It's 1-1/4 cup of water.
  6. Prepare to taste of Salt.
  7. It's of Green chutney for Serving.
  8. It's of Ghee/oil for cooking.

  1. Take one cup of Bhadku flour..in a bowl..mix all other ingredients..mix well. First add only 1cup of water...if needed add more water..Make pancakes like batter..
  2. Cover the batter and keep for 1/2hour..
  3. Heat non-stick tawa..apply 1tsp oil..Pour one laddleful of batter..spread evenly on tawa. Sprinkle one TSP of ghee/oil..
  4. Cover with lid.....as soon as the lower side of bhadku chilla turns golden brown..flip over..and cook till other side also have golden spots..
  5. Serve Bhadku Chilla hot with green chutney..

  7. I have taken ready made atta....you can prepare by grinding 1 cup of green moong dal,(split green gram)..1cup of rice,1/2cup of Bajra(millet)..and grind into thin coarse powder..
