  1. Cut apple into silces without peeling. Keep aside.
  2. Make batter with singhara atta, milk and curd (use as much as needed) The batter should not be very thick or too thin..
  3. Heat oil, dip apple rounds in batter & fry on high flame to a crispy golden brown colour..
  4. Make syrup by boiling sugar with slightly less than 1/2 cup water, heat till the sugar dissolves, keep on low flame for 2-3 minutes. Remove from heat (Do not make the syrup very thick) Dip apple rounds in sugar syrup one by one. Leave in the syrup for few seconds. Remove to serving plate..
