  1. Firstly, in a large mixing bowl take wheat flour..

  4. Add hot water and mix with a spoon. Rest for 5 minutes making sure the wheat flour turns moist..
  5. Add warm water as required and knead to a smooth and soft dough. Grease your hands with little oil and knead the dough for atleast 10 minutes. Kneading helps to get soft lacchas. You should get a smooth and soft dough..
  6. Cover the dough with a lid/moist cloth/cling film and allow the dough to rest for 35-40 minutes. After resting the dough, divide them into equal portions and shape them into balls..
