  2. Prepare 2 cup of water.
  3. You need 2 cup of thick curd.

Curd Rice step by step

  1. Firstly, wash and soaked rice for 20 minutes. Now take pressure cooker add rice and water cook for 4-5 whistle, Flame off, cold down the cooked rice..
  2. Now mash the cooked rice well and add curd, milk and salt add coriender leaves, green chili, ginger mix well..
  3. Heat oil, add mustard seeds allow to splutter. Now add urad dal and fry till golden..
  4. Add ginger and fry 2 min, curry leaves, sesame seeds stir well..
  5. Pour this tadka over curd rice. Add pomegranate, boondi and coriander leaves mix well..
