- Prepare 1 cup of quinoa, boiled.
- It's 1/2 cup of beetroot, grated.
- It's 1/4 cup of carrot, grated.
- Prepare 1/2 cup of peas, frozen.
- You need 50 gm of paneer, cubed.
- It's 2 of garlic clove, chopped.
- Prepare 1/4 tsp of ghee.
- You need 1/4 tsp of red chilli powder.

- Heat ghee in a pan. Add garlic and saute it for a min or till it turns golden..
- Now add beetroot and saute it on high flame for a min..
- Next add carrot and peas and mix well..

- Add cooked quinoa and saute on high flame for 40 secs..
