  1. Mix flour,salt,homemade cream,oil,chopped coriander & green garlic in a bowl and knead a soft dough cover it keep aside for 1 hour. Knead again well to soften it.now make 12 equal balls..
  2. Now roll thin paratha apply butter,ghee, coriander,garlic,chaat masala mixture on paratha evenly give standing line cuts living rounder outer border and roll with fingers & fold and make ball and roll it again lightly.
  3. Cook paratha on tava on medium flame apply ghee & cook both side light brown and serve delicious paratha hot..
