- Mix flour,salt,homemade cream,oil,chopped coriander & green garlic in a bowl and knead a soft dough cover it keep aside for 1 hour. Knead again well to soften it.now make 12 equal balls..
- Now roll thin paratha apply butter,ghee, coriander,garlic,chaat masala mixture on paratha evenly give standing line cuts living rounder outer border and roll with fingers & fold and make ball and roll it again lightly.
- Cook paratha on tava on medium flame apply ghee & cook both side light brown and serve delicious paratha hot..
