  1. It's 1 - 1/2 cup of multi grain flour, extra for rolling.
  2. It's 3/4 cup of soaked chia seeds.
  3. It's 1 tsp of coriander seeds.
  4. You need 1 tsp of fennel seeds.
  5. You need 1 tsp of cumin seeds.
  6. You need 1 tsp of carrom seeds.
  7. Prepare 1 tsp of flax seeds.
  8. You need 1 of green chilli nicely chopped.
  9. Prepare 1 of red chilli nicely chopped.
  10. Prepare 1/2 tsp of turmeric powder.
  11. You need to taste of Salt.
  12. It's 2 tbsp of fresh corriender chopped.
  13. It's 2 tbsp of green garlic chopped.
  14. You need 2 tbsp of and 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil for greasing and kneading.

  1. Roast the seeds till crunchy, when done coarsaly crushed it after cool and keep aside.
  2. Mix chopped green, red chilli, chopped green garlic and corriender and mix well.
  3. Take flour, soaked chia seeds, turmeric powder, salt and 1 tbsp olive oil.
  4. Now add roasted coarsely crushed seeds and chilli and garlic mixture in flour mixture and knead soft dough.
  5. When done cover it and keep aside for 8 to 10 minutes to set.
  6. Now make equal size small balls of all dough.
  7. Roll the chapati of ball and transfer on hot tawa to cook, grease it with extra virgin olive oil.
  8. When one side done flip it, grease oil and cook it.
  9. Make chapati of all balls and cook.
