- First soak white watana overnight or if you want you can keep for 3 to 4hrs but you have to soak watana in hot boiled water so quickly it will get soft then pressure cook watana with peeled potatoes by adding 4 to 5 cups of water along with turmeric and salt and let it whistle atleast 7 to 8 times so that everything gets cooked well it should be soft.Next take curd add sugar and whisk it and keep aside..
