  1. Dry roast the peanuts. And after cooling down remove the outer skin..
  2. Dry roast the cumin seeds and 1 dry red chilli and make powder of it..
  3. Mix ginger, chopped onion, coriander leaves, chilli, salt and sugar in the curd..
  4. Mix it well. Then add cooked rice in it..
  5. Heat a tadka pan put oil and then then add asafoetida and punch phoran in it..
  6. When the mustard in the punch phoran crackle then add the curry leaves and dry red chilli in it. Fry it for 30 seconds and switch off the flame..
  7. Mix rest of the ingredients in the rice..
  8. Mix it well..
  9. Now your curd rice is ready to serve..
