- Wash the chicken fillets & pat dry with a kitchen towel. chop the chicken fillets into small cubes. marinate with 2 tsp soy sauce,pinch of salt & 2 tsp black pepper powder. let it marinate for 15-20 minutes..
- Heat oil in a wok. add grated ginger & chopped garlic. cook for few seconds. add the chopped onion & cook for few minutes until translucent. add the marinated chicken & cook for few minutes. cook until chicken is tender..
