- You need 2 of Beetroot.
- Prepare 1 cup of milk.
- It's 1 cup of sugar.
- It's as needed of Cashew.

- Grate the Beetroot using a grater and keep aside.
- In a pan, add some ghee once the ghee is heated add cashew, raisins. Fry them and keep aside..
- Then add the Beetroot in the same pan and sauté them till it’s cooked, once cooked add milk to cook further..
- Then add sugar to the cooked beetroot after the milk is absorbed.It will turn watery but no worries. At this stage add a pinch of salt..
- The Beetroot in the pan starts to thicken and the ghee comes out. At this stage add the fried cashews, raisins and elaichi powder..
