- Prepare 4 cups of water.
- Prepare 1/2 cup of bread crumbs.

- Wash and drain quinoa and keep aside..
- Take a deep pan and add one tablespoon of oil..
- Roast the washed and drained quinoa for 5 minutes on medium flame..
- Then add the water and cook till the water absorbs..
- Remove from the flame and keep covered for 5 minutes..
- Take a deep bowl and add cooked quinoa in it..
- Then add scrambled bread, flour, carrot, capsicum, coriander, chillies, chilli powder, turmeric, roasted cumin and coriander powder, broccoli florets, salt, and cheese. Mix well..
- Divide the mixture into equal portions and roll out each portion into a 50 mm. (2”) flat round tikki..
- Heat a non-stick tava (griddle) and grease it using oil (as required)..
- Cook each tikki till they turn golden brown in colour from both the sides..
