- First prepare-Ripe Papaya Ice-cream.In big deep wide mouth vessel add lots of ice. On it place another big deep vessel in it add tropolite whipped cream. Beat with electric beater/ blender for 8-10 mins..
- Add ripe papaya pieces in mixer and grind to smooth mixture to make puree. Add this papaya puree to whipped cream. Again beat for 2-3 mins to blend properly..
- Pour this whipped cream- papaya mixture in freezer safe glass container. Cover with lid. Freeze for 8-10 hours to set..
- Marinate pineapple slices in sugar for half-hour. To grill pineapple slices. Place one slice of pineapple on sandwich grill toaster. Sprinkle 1 tsp oil and grill for 2-3 mins on both sides..
