Ingredients of Quinoa Upma
- It's 1/2 Cup of quinoa.
- You need 1 1/4 Cup of water.
- You need 1/2 Tablespoon of oil.
- It's 6-8 of Curry leaves.
- You need 2 of Green Chilli.
- You need 1/2 teaspoon of turmeric powder.
- Prepare 1 Cup of Chopped vegetables (corn, carrot, potato, capsicum).
- You need to taste of Salt.
- It's 1 tsp of mustard seeds.
Quinoa Upma instructions
- In a pan boil water add quinoa and cook for about 10 minutes or till done. drain and keep aside..
- In a karahi, heat oil add mustard seeds, curry leaves and chilli wait for few seconds till the mustard seeds splutter..
- Add in the chopped vegetables and turmeric, saute for 5-7 minutes till the vegetables are cooked through..
- Add in the boiled quinoa along with salt and cook for another 3-4 minutes..
- Serve with your choice of healthy beverage..
