Ingredients of Curd Rice

  1. You need 1 cup of rice, boiled & at room temperature.
  2. You need 1/2 cup of curd.
  3. Prepare to taste of Salt.
  4. You need 1/2 cup of cabbage, finely grated.
  5. You need 1/4 cup of french bean, chopped & steamed.
  6. You need 1/4 cup of green peas, boiled.
  7. You need 1/4 cup of curd.
  8. You need to taste of Salt.
  9. You need 1 tbsp of pomegranate arils.
  10. It's 10 of peanuts, roasted.
  11. Prepare 1/4 tsp of ghee.
  12. Prepare 1/2 tsp of rai.
  13. You need 10 of curry leaves.
  14. Prepare As needed of Coriander to garnish.

  3. Now heat ghee in pan, add mustard seeds, let it splutter and gradually add curry leaves & peanuts..
  4. Next mix the rice curd mixture with veggie curd mixture, at this point check the salt..
  5. Add the mustard tadka to the curd rice and mix well..
  6. Lastly garnish with some pomegranate arils and fresh coriander..
