Ingredients of Curd rice

  1. It's 1 cup of cooked rice.
  2. Prepare 1 cup of thick curd.
  3. Prepare As per taste of Salt.
  4. You need 1/2 tsp of sugar.
  5. You need 1/2 tsp of ginger chilli paste.
  6. Prepare 5-6 of curry leaves.
  7. It's 1 tsp of chopped coriander leaves.
  8. It's 1/2 tsp of punch phoran / five spices.
  9. It's 1 tsp of mustard oil.
  10. It's 2 of dry red chilli.

Curd rice instructions

  3. Heat a tadka pan and put oil in it and then add the punch phoran/ five spices in it..
  4. When the mustard in the punch phoran crackle then add the curry leaves and dry red chilli in it. stir for 1/2 mins, then switch off the flame.
  5. Mix it with the curd rice mixture..
  6. Now the curd rice is ready to serve..
