Ingredients of Fresh Rasmalai
- Prepare 1 1/2 litre of milk.
- Prepare of Juice of 2 lemon.
- It's 1/2 tsp of yellow color.
- Prepare of For chashni.
- It's 2 cup of sugar.
- You need 4 cup of water.
- You need of For thick milk for dipping Rasmalai.
- Prepare 1 litre of milk.
- Prepare 1 tsp of cornflour.
- It's 4 tbs of sugar.
- It's 1/2 tsp of yellow color.
- Prepare of Some strings of kesar.
Fresh Rasmalai instructions
- For Rasmalai...boil the milk..after one boil off the gasflame.
- After 2 minutes take lemon juice and dilute it with little water.
- Put this juice little by little in the milk continues stirring the milk.
- With in 5 minutes milk turn into curdled and cones in the form of paneer.
- Now put this paneer in malmal cloth remove whole water..than wash paneer with cold water.
- Now again drain out whole water..
- Rub paneer with your palm till it so smooth..make 12 to 15 balls flat it little.
- Put sugar and water in cooker boil it till dissolve the sugar..now put all flat balls in it.
- Now close the cooker..after two whistle off the flame....
- In heavy bottom vessel put milk mix cornflour in it boil it put sugar, colour...after little thick off the flame....thick milk us ready.put this milk in fridge for sometime.
- Take flat ball from chashani press it and put it in thick milk..keep it in fridge for somehours.
