As I told you ,earlier that I had ample quinoa flour in ma pantry,I made dhokla out of it.but with little bit twist. just wanna share with you all. You can cook Quinoa Dhokla. using 14 ingredients and 6 steps. Here is how you cook that.

Ingredients of Quinoa Dhokla.

  1. You need 1 cup of Quinoa.
  2. You need 1/4 cup of Moong dal_.
  3. You need Half of piece of Ginger.
  4. Prepare 2-3 of Green chilies.
  5. Prepare 1/2 tsp of cup Sour curd.
  6. You need 1/2 tsp of turmeric.
  7. Prepare 1 tsp of Sesame seeds.
  8. It's 1 tsp of jeera.
  9. You need 1 tsp of Mustard seeds.
  10. You need leaves of Curry.
  11. You need 3 tbsp of Oil.
  12. Prepare Pinch of hing.
  13. You need of eno.
  14. Prepare to taste of Salt and sugar.
