- It's 1 litre of Milk gold (with cream).
- You need 250 gm of soft rasgulla medium size.
- Prepare 2 cup of thickly grated carrot.
- It's 1/2 cup of cardamom powder.
- You need 1 tea spoon of pistachio.
- Prepare as per taste of Sugar.
Carrot Rasmalai step by step
- Boil the milk, add grated carrot and cardamom powder and boil on low flame stirring for about 20 minutes till the color of milk turns orange. Separate the milk and carrot with help of rice strainer. Boil the milk on low flame till it becomes thick, add sugar as per requirement and boil it for 7-8 minutes,.
- Cool it at normal temperature. Squeeze all the rasgulla to remove the sugar syrup from it and add them to this milk. Refrigerate it for 4-5 hours, garnish with pistachio and serve chilled..
