Ingredients of Banana Paniyaram
- You need 4 of Banana (ripened).
- It's 150 grams of Maida.
- It's 150 grams of Wheat flour.
- It's 150 grams of Sugar.
- Prepare 1/2 spoon of Baking soda.
- It's 1/2 spoon of Cardamom powder.
- Prepare 1 spoon of Ghee.
- Prepare 1/2 tsp of Salt.
- Prepare As required of Oil for frying.
- It's As required of Water.
Banana Paniyaram step by step
- Take a mixer jar, add banana slices and sugar. Grind it into a smooth paste..
- Now in the same mixer jar add maida and wheat flour and start grinding it..
- Add water little by little and adjust the consistency. It should be in the idli batter consistency..
- Now transfer it into a pan..
- Add ghee, salt and cardamom powder to that and make a batter..
- Mix the baking soda with one spoon of water and then add it to the batter..
- Rest it for 30 mins so that all the ingredients get mix well together..
- Now take the Paniyaram pan and heat it..
- Add oil or ghee in all compartment and pour the batter..
- Once it's cooked, flip it and cook on the other side also..
- Now the hot and sweet Paniyaram is ready..!! Serve it and enjoy..!!.
