Ingredients of Chicken Tandoori
- It's 2 kg of chicken (cut in big pieces).
- It's 500 gm of hung curd.
- You need 2 of big size lemon.
- Prepare 1 tbsp of salt.
- Prepare 3-4 tbsp of red chilli powder.
- You need 4 tbsp of tandoori masala.
- You need 1 tbsp of ginger garlic paste.
- You need 1 tbsp of amul butter.
- Prepare 1/2 tbsp of crushed kasuri methi.
- Prepare 1/2 tsp of Orange red colour.
Chicken Tandoori instructions
- Clean and wash Chicken. Make gashes on it..
- Add all masalas in it except butter. Mix well. Keep aside for 7 hr or over night..
- Now preheat the oven in 200 c for 15 min. Then keep tandoori pieces on high rack. Keep rack in preheated oven.
- Set the time 20 min on 200 c on convection mode. cook for one side.then turn and cook from other side for 10 min. Chicken Tandoori is ready..
