Ingredients of Chicken Tandoori

  1. It's 2 kg of chicken (cut in big pieces).
  2. It's 500 gm of hung curd.
  3. You need 2 of big size lemon.
  4. Prepare 1 tbsp of salt.
  5. Prepare 3-4 tbsp of red chilli powder.
  6. You need 4 tbsp of tandoori masala.
  7. You need 1 tbsp of ginger garlic paste.
  8. You need 1 tbsp of amul butter.
  9. Prepare 1/2 tbsp of crushed kasuri methi.
  10. Prepare 1/2 tsp of Orange red colour.

Chicken Tandoori instructions

  1. Clean and wash Chicken. Make gashes on it..
  2. Add all masalas in it except butter. Mix well. Keep aside for 7 hr or over night..
  3. Now preheat the oven in 200 c for 15 min. Then keep tandoori pieces on high rack. Keep rack in preheated oven.
  4. Set the time 20 min on 200 c on convection mode. cook for one side.then turn and cook from other side for 10 min. Chicken Tandoori is ready..
  5. Serve hot..
