- You need 1 cup of Rice.
- It's 1 cup of fresh grated coconut.
- You need 4 tbsps of urad dal.
- Prepare 1 tbsp of chana dal.
- You need 1 tsp of jeera.
- You need 1 tsp of mustard seeds.
- Prepare 1 of green chilli.
- You need 2 of red chillies.
- It's leaves of curry.
- You need of oil little.
- Prepare to taste of salt.
- You need 5 of (optional) cashew nut.

- Wash 1 cup of rice and add water and pressure for 3 whistle. Then remove flame cooker and spread it in a plate to dry for sometime..
- Soak urad dal for 1 hour and drain water and keep it dry..
- Heat oil in a pan.Add chana dal and allow it to turn golden, then dd jeera,mustard seeds and curry leaves.Allow to splutter then add red chilli and fry little. Put chopped green chilli and urad dal and mix well and cook for some time..
- Add grated coconut to this and mix it.Mix cooked rice and turn of the flame.Remove it and serve hot..
