- Prepare 1-Cup of Rice.
- You need 2-Cup of blended curd.
- You need 3 of green chilli chopped.
- You need 1 tsp of bengal gram.
- You need 1 tsp of udad dal / black lentil.
- Prepare 1 tsp of jeera / cumin.
- It's 1 tsp of mustard.
- Prepare 1 tsp of Hing / asfoetida.
- Prepare 1 tbsp of ghee.
- It's 8-10 of Curry leaves.
- You need 2 tbsp of chopped coriander.
- You need as per taste of Salt.
Curd Rice instructions
- Heat a pan add gram dal & udad dal first when turns pink add jeera & mustard.when starts cracking add curry leaves,green chilli &hing.immediately add little curd and mix well.
- Now add cooked rice,salt and half of the chopped coriander and curd & mix properly.
- Cook For a while.Easy digestible and tasty curd rise is ready to serve hot.
