- Take boiled soya beans, garlic cloves and green chillies in mixer jar and coarsely grind it (not to make fine paste).
- Now transfer this mixture in deep bowl,add already cooked quinoa and egg in it.
- Now add one by one grated carrot,salt,mixed herb,oregano,tore basil leaves,chopped correinder and black olives in it and mix well nicely.
- Make equal size patties for this mixture and greased the patties with oil.
