  7. Prepare 1/2 tsp of mixed herb.
  8. Prepare 1/2 tsp of oregano.
  9. It's 1 tbsp of chopped black olives.
  10. It's 1 tbsp of fresh corriender leaves chopped.
  11. You need 1 of egg.

  1. Take boiled soya beans, garlic cloves and green chillies in mixer jar and coarsely grind it (not to make fine paste).
  2. Now transfer this mixture in deep bowl,add already cooked quinoa and egg in it.
  3. Now add one by one grated carrot,salt,mixed herb,oregano,tore basil leaves,chopped correinder and black olives in it and mix well nicely.
  4. Make equal size patties for this mixture and greased the patties with oil.
  5. Now bake the patties in preheated oven at 180* to 190* or till done.
