  6. It's 1/2 tsp of roasted crushed cumin seeds.
  7. Prepare 1/2 tsp of crushed mustard seeds.
  8. It's 2 tbsp of fresh correinder chopped.
  9. You need 1/4 tsp of black pepper powder.
  10. You need 1 tbsp of red chilli flakes.
  11. You need of Salt as per taste.
  12. Prepare 1 tsp of mustard sauce.
  13. Prepare 1 tsp of garlic paste.

  15. It's 1 tsp of tomato sauce.

  1. Take a deep bowl add cooked quinoa,minced shrimp,chopped onion,sweet corn,egg white,roasted and crushed cumin and mustard seeds,black pepper,half chilli flakes,mustard and tomato sauce,garlic and red chilli paste,salt,fresh chopped corriender(reserve some)now mix all nicely.

  3. Fill the quinoa and shrimp mixture in this.
  4. Now spread cheese over this,sprinkle some chilli flakes and some corriender over the top.
  5. Now keep this in preheated oven at 180* for 40 to 45 minutes or till completely done.
