- For Rabdi:- Take a Kadai put milk and boil it till it becomes 1/4 in quantity and remove the malai from the milk and store on the sides of kadai.
- Now add sugar and stir well.
- Now Roast the til for 3-4 minutes and grind it.
- Now add til in Rabdi and cook for 4 -5 mins rabdi is Ready.
- Now put in refrigerator for chilling.
- For Nutty Dates Cups :- chop dates and grind it and keep aside.
- Now roast the nuts and then grind it and keep aside.
- Now take a pan put ghee and add dates and stir it and add chopped nuts and sugar and stir it again and take it out in a bowl.
- Now take a cup molds and apply ghee and pour dates mixture and spread properly and put in refrigerator to set.
- Once the cups are set take them out of refrigerator and unmold them Cups are ready.
