Coconut milk pulao instructions
- Wash and soak the Basmathi Rice for 30minutes.
- In a pressure Cooker, Heat a tbsp of Ghee and all the spices(cumin seeds, Bay leaf, Cinnamon, cardamom, cloves and star anise).
- Then add in the sliced onions and green chillies and fry till onions changes colour..
- Further add in the Ginger Garlic paste and saute till the Raw smell leaves..
- Drain the water from the soaked rice and keep the drained water safe..
- Add in the Rice and mix gently.
- Add the one and half cup Coconut milk and half cup of water drained from the soaked Rice.
- Add Enough salt. Sprinkle some chopped coriander leaves and mint leaves.
