Ingredients of Coconut Rose Phirni
- Prepare of Coconut(raw)-150gm.
- You need of Rice flour-2-3tbsp.
- It's of Milk-1/2lit.
- You need of Rose water-15-20ml.
- Prepare of Ghee-2tsp.
- You need of Dryfruits-some chopped pista, cashewnuts,almond,rasin.
- You need of Sugar-50-100gm.
- Prepare of Cardemum-3-4(ground).
- Prepare of Rose petals-for garnish.
Coconut Rose Phirni step by step
- Take a mixer jar and parshely grind raw coconut..
- Heat ghee into pan and fry riceflour for 2-3min.till iis colour is golden..
- Boil milk and add coconut paste and mix and stir it continuously for 4-5 min.than add fried riceflour.mix it stir it continuously for 3-4 min..
- Add ground cardimum and sugar mix it well.
- Add all the dry fruits and at little thick consistency turn off the gas.
- Garnish it with some chopped dryfruits and rose patals..serve it hot or cold..
