- You need 2 cups of boiled Rice.
- Prepare 2 cups of curd.
- You need 1 of onion finely chopped.
- You need 1 tbsp of Carrot grated.

- You need 1 tea spoon of Mustard seed.

- Take a bowl add Rice, curd and salt and mix well.
- Now take a small wok heat oil and add mustard seed, Curry leaves, green chilli, onion, carrot and saute for 2 minutes.
- Add to curd rice mixture, transfer to the serving bowl and garnish with coriander leaves.
