- It's 1/2 cup of Curd.
- You need leaves of Coriander.
- Prepare 2-3 of Green chilli.

Curd Rice step by step
- Wash the rice and pressure cook with 1cup of water for 3 whistles.
- Bring the rice to room temperature..
- Heat oil in a pan..
- Once the oil is hot, add mustard seeds, urad dal, and chanadal and let them crackle for a few seconds..
- Add cashews, peanuts, green chilli, curry leaves and asafoetida. Fry until cashews and peanuts turn a little brown..
- Pour 1/4 to 1/2 cup water and add salt..
- Add the rice and curd. Cook it in a low flame for 5 mins..
- Add water or curd if required..
- Switch off the flame and add finely chopped onion and coriander leaves..
- Serve the curd rice with potato fry and pickle..
