- You need 1 cup of Quinoa.
- It's 1 tablespoon of Finely chopped onion.
- Prepare 1 teaspoon of Finely chopped garlic.
- You need 4 of chopped baby corn.
- You need of Chopped coriander for garnishing.
- You need 1 tablespoon of Boiled green peas.
- You need 1 tablespoon of Chopped french beans.
- Prepare 10 of Baby Tomatoes.
- You need 1 teaspoon of Biryani masala / Garam masala.
- You need 1/4th teaspoon of Haldi powder.
- Prepare 1/2 teaspoon of Red chilli powder.
- Prepare to taste of Salt.
- It's 1 tablespoon of Oil.

Quinoa Dum Biryani step by step
- Wash and soak Quinoa in sufficient water for half an hour.
- Cook covered for 10 to 15 minutes on low heat, stir in between.
- Cooked Quinoa.
- Heat oil in a pan and fry cashew nuts and keep aside.
- In the same pan, add finely chopped onion, and sauté till golden brown..
- Add all chopped Veggies, and add all spices including biryani masala.. adjust salt as per taste.
- Now add cooked Quinoa.
- Mix well and cook covered for next 5 to 10 minutes on very low heat.
