  7. You need 1 tablespoon of Chopped french beans.

  10. You need 1/4th teaspoon of Haldi powder.
  11. Prepare 1/2 teaspoon of Red chilli powder.

Quinoa Dum Biryani step by step

  1. Wash and soak Quinoa in sufficient water for half an hour.
  2. Cook covered for 10 to 15 minutes on low heat, stir in between.
  3. Cooked Quinoa.
  4. Heat oil in a pan and fry cashew nuts and keep aside.
  5. In the same pan, add finely chopped onion, and sauté till golden brown..
  6. Add all chopped Veggies, and add all spices including biryani masala.. adjust salt as per taste.
  7. Now add cooked Quinoa.
  8. Mix well and cook covered for next 5 to 10 minutes on very low heat.
