  3. You need 1 tablespoon of Finely chopped onion.
  4. You need 1 to 2 tablespoon of Grated Cheddar cheese (as per need).
  5. It's 1 of Boiled mashed potato.
  6. It's of Boiled green peas.
  7. Prepare 1/4 th teaspoon of Haldi powder.
  8. It's 1 teaspoon of Red chilli powder.
  9. You need to taste of Salt.
  10. Prepare 1/2 teaspoon of Amchur powder.
  11. Prepare 1 teaspoon of Garam masala.

  1. Wash and Soak Quinoa in sufficient water for half an hour.
  2. Cook covered for 10 to 15 minutes and keep aside.
  3. In a mixing bowl take boiled mashed potato, finely chopped onion, boiled green peas, cooked Quinoa, finely chopped coriander, all spices, amchur powder,garam masala and salt to taste.. mix well and prepare stuffing for Capsicum.
  4. Cut Capsicum in 2 equal halves.
  5. Stuff ready stuffing in to cut Capsicum properly by pressing gently.
  6. By the te Preheat Oven on 200 degrees.
  7. Top stuffed Capsicum halves with lots of grated cheese.
  8. Bake it for 10 to 15 minutes on 200 degrees...
