- You need 1 kg of chicken leg pcs.
- Prepare of Oil.
- Prepare 2 tbsp of Ginger garlic paste.
- It's 2 tbsp of Chopped green chillies.
- It's 1 tbsp of Chopped ginger garlic.
- You need 1/2 cup of Chopped onions.
- You need 1/2 cup of Chopped capsicum.
- Prepare 2 tbsp of Garam Masala.
- It's of Salt as per your taste.
- Prepare 1 tbsp of Vinegar.
- You need 1 tbsp of Soy sauce.
- Prepare 1 tbsp of Chilli sauce.
- Prepare 1 tbsp of Tomato sauce.
- Prepare 4-5 tbsp of Cornflour powder.
- It's 1-2 tbsp of Cornflour liquid.
- You need 2-3 tbsp of Yoghurt.
- It's 2-3 tbsp of Bread crumbs.
Chicken Lollipop step by step
- Firstly marinate the chicken leg pcs in a bowl adding the chicken leg pcs, yoghurt and little bit of salt in it..
- Add ginger garlic paste to it and mix it well..
- Marinate it for 2-3 hrs..
- After it gets nicely marinated coat each and every piece of chicken with cornflour and bread crumbs..
- Refrigerate it for 15-20 minutes..
- Again coat it nicely..
- Now take a frying pan and add oil to it..
- Once it gets heated add the coated chicken pcs into the oil and give it a deep fry..
- Fry it until it gets crisp..
- Now take a sauce pan add 2-3 tbsp of oil to it..
- Add chopped ginger, garlic,green chillies and onions to it.
- Add chopped capsicum to it..
- Saute it..
- Add vinegar,soy sauce, tomatoe sauce,green chillies and salt as per your taste..
- Stir it nicely and add water as per the requirement to make it a thick gravy..
- Add cornflour paste to make the gravy thick..
- When the sauce begins to bubble add the fried chicken pcs to it and toss it well..
- Make sure that the pcs coat the sauce gravy nicely..
- Serve it in a plate and u can garnish it with spring onions/chopped coriander leaves..
