  3. It's 1 of & 1/2 tbsp Garlic paste.
  4. It's 3 tsp of Vinegar.
  5. Prepare 6-8 pc of Thai red chilli peppers.
  6. Prepare 6 tbsp of Pepperico sauce.
  7. Prepare 3 tbsp of Paprika powder.
  8. Prepare 3 tbsp of Kashmiri red mirchi powder.
  9. Prepare 1 tbsp of Garam masala powder.
  10. You need of Salt as per taste.
  11. Prepare 1 tbsp of Sugar.
  12. It's 100 gms of Mustard oil.
  13. It's 2-3 tbsp of Butter.

Chicken Leg Piece (Laal Kila) instructions

  1. Wash the thai red chilli peppers and trim the stems..
  2. Slit the chilli peppers upto the position just below the stems..
  3. Scoop out all the seeds and put the seeds in other bowl..
  4. Add warm water and thai red chillies in a mixer and make a paste..
  5. Boil chicken leg pieces for about 5 mins and keep the stock in other bowl..
  6. Heat mustard oil in pan, add sugar..
  7. Sauté onion paste and garlic paste for 5 mins..
  8. Add chicken leg pieces and stir till oil separates..
  9. Add thai red chilli pepper paste and paprika powder, kashmiri red mirchi powder, pepperico sauce, garam masala powder and stir in low flame for 15-20 mins..
  10. Add 1 cup chicken stock,sugar and salt..
  11. Simmer it until the consistency becomes thick and pour vinegar on it..
  12. Melt butter in a pan and pour it on the thai red chilli pepper seeds in a bowl, mix well and keep aside..
  13. Pour the mixture of melted butter and thai red chilli pepper seeds on the preparation and serve hot with roti and onion salad..
