Ingredients of Healthy Barfi

  1. Prepare 250 gm of mava.
  2. It's 100 gm of goondh.
  3. It's as needed of Ghee.
  4. It's 100 gm of walnut.
  5. It's 100 gm of badam(almonds).
  6. Prepare 1 tbsp of dry ginger powder.
  7. It's 1 tsp of cardamom powder.
  8. It's 1 tbsp of fresh cream.
  9. Prepare 100 gm of cashew nuts.
  10. It's 100 gm of sugar.
  11. Prepare 1 pinch of saffron.
  12. You need 1 tbsp of oats flour.

Healthy Barfi instructions

  1. Take a pan put sugar and half cup of water make sugar syrup keep aside.
  2. Heat ghee in pan fry one by one walnut,badam,and goondh.
  3. Now heat khadhai put one tbsp of ghee put mava,fresh cream and atta mix it well stir it till it changes colour then put goondh.
  4. Walnut,badam, cashew nuts, cardamom powder,ginger powder saffron mix it well then add sugar syrup mix it well and cook for one min and put one grease plated with ghee.
  5. Make it smooth and make the shape of square let it cool serve it.
