  1. Heat the ghee in a non-stick vessel.
  2. When the ghee is hot add the mustard seeds. When they splutter, add the cumin seeds.
  3. Next add the green chilli and curry leaves and saute for a bit.
  4. At the diced onion and suit till translucent add the turmeric powder and mix well.
  5. Add the tomato and a bit of salt let the tomato sweat down a bit.
  6. At the red chilli powder and coriander powder mix well till the spices lose their raw smell..
