- Prepare 1 Litre of Full Cream Milk.
- It's 100 Gms of Sugar.
- It's 1/4 Tsp of Cardamom Powder.
- Prepare 1 Pinch of Alum.
- You need 1 Tbsp of Pistachios Chopped.
- Prepare 1 Tbsp of Almonds Chopped.

- Take a heavy bottom pan or wok. Pour 500 ml of milk and boil on high flame. Keep stirring..
- When the milk reduces to half add remaining 500 ml of milk. Keep stirring..
- Let it boil on high flame only. When the milk thickens add sugar and stir continuously..
- Add alum after 2 - 3 minutes. Keep stirring..
- Add half cardamom powder and mix well. When you see that there is no milk left close the flame and transfer the whole material in a greased plate..
- Sprinkle cardamom powder. Chopped pistachios and almonds. (I have used only almonds).
- Press it and keep it to rest for 3 to 4 hours..
- After that cut in your desired shape..
- Enjoy yummy Malai Barfi.
