- You need 1cup of Rice.
- Prepare 1/2 cup of Coconut.
- It's 2 cup of Plain Yogurt.
- It's 2 tbsp of Oil.

- Boil rice.Keep it aside..
- In a saucepan heat oil,add mustard seeds..
- When the mustard seeds start popping add a pinch of hing,sauté for few seconds..
- Now add Coriander,green chillies.Saute them for a minute..
- Now add ChanaDal,ginger and coconut,sauté for 2 minutes.Add salt and Switch off the flame..
- Mix Curd and milk together..
- Add rice,Curd and the tempering together..
- Transfer the coconut-Curd rice into a serving bowl and allow to get chilled.When Serve chilled..very tasty and healthy in summer season..
