- Prepare 500 gm of Mutton.
- You need of Onion 5 medium sized.
- Prepare of Curd half cup.
- Prepare of Tomato 2 medium sized.
- It's 3 of Green chilly.
- It's 4 table spoon of Desi ghee.
- It's to taste of Salt.
- Prepare of Red chilly powder 1 table spoon marination+1 teaspoon in gravy.
- Prepare 1 tablespoon of Coriander powder.
- You need 1 tablespoon of Garam masala.
- Prepare 1 tablespoon of Kasoori methi.
- You need 1 of Black cardamom.
- You need of Bay leaf 2.
- It's Clove of 2 to 3.
- It's of Cinnamom stick 1.
- Prepare of Black peppercorn.
- You need 2 of Dry red chilli.
- You need 2 tablespoon of Meat masala.
- It's of Turmaric powder.
- Prepare 8-10 of Cashew.
- It's 2 tbsp of Ginger garlic paste.
Mutton masala curry instructions
- First, peel the onion and soak it in water and keep it for half an hour..
- Now marination the mutton..
- We'll add washed mutton to a bowl and then add ginger garlic paste salt red chill powder garam masala meat masala and yogurt mix well...
- Mix with your hands and set aside for at least an hour..
- Now preparing d masala..
- Add desi ghee to your cooker when hot,add bay leaf,dried red chilli,cinnamon sticks,cloves,black pepper,cardamom stir well till d flavour releases..
- Now add chopped onions Cook on mediun heat till d colour change mix well and cook till golden brown And switch off d flame..
- Now add choped tomatoes to a mixi,green chillies and our cooked onions,which also includes raw spices grind in d mixi and make a fine paste out of it..
- Now making d curry masala.
- Now add ghee to the cooker again, if the ghee becomes hot, add onion tomato paste to it.stir on medium heat add salt red chili powder,tumeric powder,coriander powder,garam masala,meat masala,kasuri methi mix well then add cashew paste..we will cook d masala on a medium heat for 4-5 min..
- Now add marinated mutton.mix well..cook for 3-4 minutes on a medium heat and now we will cook it covered with a lid for 10 -15 min on a low flame.after 15 minutes,open and check the ghee is coming out of the gravy on d sides..
- We will add water mix well..now we will let it cook till 3 whistles...we'llswitch off the flame when we hear 3 whistles and open the cooker when d presser automaticly relieves..
