- It's 3/4 cup of fine vermicelli.
- Prepare 1.5 cups of + 1 tbsp milk.
- Prepare 2 tbsp of sugar.
- Prepare 1 tsp of ghee.
- Prepare 2 tbsp of vanilla flavoured custard powder.
- It's 1 cup of water.
- It's of Sprinklers or chopped nuts for garnish.
Custard Vermicelli Kheer step by step
- Heat ghee and roast vermicelli until golden.Keep it aside..
- Add milk to a pan and boil in low flame for atleast 5 mins..
- Heat it up and add sugar.Cook for a minute..
- Then add vermicelli to it and cook for 5 mins..
- In a small bowl add custard powder,add milk mix well without any lumps..
- Add the custard mixture and cook until it is starts to thicken,Switch off..
- It will thicken after cooling down so switch off accordingly..
- Take it into serving bowl and enjoy the delight..
