  1. It's 3/4 cup of fine vermicelli.
  2. Prepare 1.5 cups of + 1 tbsp milk.
  3. Prepare 2 tbsp of sugar.
  4. Prepare 1 tsp of ghee.
  5. Prepare 2 tbsp of vanilla flavoured custard powder.
  6. It's 1 cup of water.
  7. It's of Sprinklers or chopped nuts for garnish.

  1. Heat ghee and roast vermicelli until golden.Keep it aside..
  2. Add milk to a pan and boil in low flame for atleast 5 mins..
  3. Heat it up and add sugar.Cook for a minute..
  4. Then add vermicelli to it and cook for 5 mins..
  5. In a small bowl add custard powder,add milk mix well without any lumps..
  6. Add the custard mixture and cook until it is starts to thicken,Switch off..
  7. It will thicken after cooling down so switch off accordingly..
  8. Take it into serving bowl and enjoy the delight..
