- Knead a tight dough out of besan, water & ghee(30gm)..
- Make balls out of it(dough)..
- Take remaining ghee in a pan & heat it than fry these besan balls in this medium hot ghee until golden brown..
- Broke these balls with hands when these are cold or not enough hot & blend out powder out of it..
- Keep aside this besan churma..
- Make sugar syrup with sugar & 50ml of water until string like consistency..
- Mix besan churma in sugar syrup with remaining ghee & add cardamom powder to it & adding nuts is optional..
- Set in a tray for 4 to 5 hours & cut into square pieces out of it & your besan burfi is ready..
