Masala Idli step by step
- Chop the idlis cube in shape.In a pan add a little bit of oil.fry them till it reaches golden color..
- In a pan add oil,cinnamon,cloves and onion and green chilli and saute them well.after the onion turns golden add ginger garlic paste.after the raw smell turns out add tomatoes to them.
- Add salt and sambhar powder and coriander powder and mix well.after a min add curry leaves to them and saute them for 2 mins..
- Add little water to the mixture.after the water coated with the mixture add the chopped idlis to them.
