  11. Barfi is ready, turn off the flame. Take one plate, grease it with some ghee..
  12. Now place the barfi batter in the plate and spread it evenly..
  13. Garnish with some half cut cashews. Keep the barfi aside to cool..
  14. When it cools down and sets, cut it into pieces as per your perference.
  15. Store the carrot barfi into refrigerator snd relish eating for upto 1 week.
