Ingredients of Tempered/ Tadka Curd Rice🍚
- You need 1 1/2 cup of leftover rice.
- You need 1/2 cup of curd.
- Prepare 1/4 cup of milk.
- Prepare 1 tsp of finely chopped ginger.
- It's 2 tsp of White urad dal.
- Prepare 2 tsp of ghee/ oil.
- You need of Rai.
- Prepare of Jeera.
- You need leaves of Curry.
- You need 1 of dried whole red chilli.
- It's of Jeera Powder opional.
- Prepare to taste of Salt.
- Prepare of Few pomegranate seeds.
- It's of Fresh chopped coriander for garnishing.
Tempered/ Tadka Curd Rice🍚 instructions
- Take a bowl & add leftover rice.
- Now add milk, curd, finely chopped ginger & salt to it..
- Mix well & keep aside. Let it marinate for 3 to 4 hours..
- After 3 to 4 hours check whether the consistency is wetty or not. If you find it dry add little curd to it. If not then well & good..
- Now take tadka pan & add ghee or oil any of your choice..
- When hot enough add urad dal & rai to it..
- When rai splutters add jeera, whole dried red chilli, curry leaves..
- Add this tadka to rice & mix well..
- Garnish it with freshly chopped coriander & pomegranate seeds..
