  1. You need 1 1/2 cup of leftover rice.
  2. You need 1/2 cup of curd.
  3. Prepare 1/4 cup of milk.
  4. Prepare 1 tsp of finely chopped ginger.
  5. It's 2 tsp of White urad dal.
  6. Prepare 2 tsp of ghee/ oil.
  7. You need of Rai.
  8. Prepare of Jeera.
  9. You need leaves of Curry.
  10. You need 1 of dried whole red chilli.
  11. It's of Jeera Powder opional.
  12. Prepare to taste of Salt.
  13. Prepare of Few pomegranate seeds.
  14. It's of Fresh chopped coriander for garnishing.

Tempered/ Tadka Curd Rice🍚 instructions

  1. Take a bowl & add leftover rice.
  2. Now add milk, curd, finely chopped ginger & salt to it..
  3. Mix well & keep aside. Let it marinate for 3 to 4 hours..
  4. After 3 to 4 hours check whether the consistency is wetty or not. If you find it dry add little curd to it. If not then well & good..
  5. Now take tadka pan & add ghee or oil any of your choice..
  6. When hot enough add urad dal & rai to it..
  7. When rai splutters add jeera, whole dried red chilli, curry leaves..
  8. Add this tadka to rice & mix well..
  9. Garnish it with freshly chopped coriander & pomegranate seeds..
  10. Curd Rice ready to serve😊.
