- The batter for the sev should be of medium consistency..
- Heat oil and fry sev..
- Keep it aside..
- In a kadai, boil milk..
- Add sugar, mawa and sev..
- Add elachi powder ; rose essence, yellow mithai colour and boil till the mixture becomes thick..
- Go on stirring..
- When it is done, add ghee..
- Grease a steel thali with little ghee..
- Pour the mithai in the thali..
- Flatten it with the back of a steel katori..
