  1. First take a pan add oil and jeera when it spultter Now take mixi add tomatoes and ginger make a fine paste.
  2. Add tomato puree in kadai roast till the oil leaves add salt,red chilli powder and haladi.
  3. Add potatoes in tomato mixture roast it till it's coated add some water and boil it for 15 mins add some chopped coriander leaves.
