- Prepare 5-6 of Boiled Potatoes.
- Prepare 3-4 of Tomatoes.

- First take a pan add oil and jeera when it spultter Now take mixi add tomatoes and ginger make a fine paste.
- Add tomato puree in kadai roast till the oil leaves add salt,red chilli powder and haladi.
- Add potatoes in tomato mixture roast it till it's coated add some water and boil it for 15 mins add some chopped coriander leaves.
- For Roti:- Now take a bowl add boiled mashed potatoes,grated raddish and their leaves add samak rice atta add seasoning accd to taste.
- Now add some water and make a dough now take tawa pour some oil now take a roundel of roti and make a thing roti with the help of palm and place it on tawa and roast it from both side s till it's done.
