- Heat the cooking Pot. Use a heavy bottom pot I used cast iron Pan. Add oil and cumin seeds and mustard seeds. Cook 2 mts covered. Add chopped onions and cook 4 mts. Add Red Bell Pepper and cook 3 mts. Add remaining items exept salt and Quinoa and cook 4 mts..
- Now Add Quinoa and toast for 2 mts. Add Hot water and salt. Bring to a boil and reduce heat to simmer. Cook exactly 15 mts. covered. Garnish with fresh cilantro and serve with anything. I served it with Vegetable stew..
