- Once it thickens and starts leaving the sides of the pan...starts coming out as a lump sort of....then stop..
- Move the mix to the greased plate.when warm, just mark the pattern(square/diamond) to be cut..
- Keep for 15-20 minutes to cool, after which you can cut into pieces..
- In case the mix has not solidified, don't wry. cover the tray and keep it in fridge for sometime till it solidifies..
