- Prepare 4-5 of garlic cloves chopped,2 onion chopped,1 carrot chopped.
- It's 1 of capsicum chopped, 1 cup matar chili,1 potato chopped.
- Prepare 1/2 of beans chopped.

- You need 1/2 cup of chopped coriander.

- First soak daal and rice for 1/2 hour..
- Then heat a cokker at low flame.Add ghee, adrak,hari mirch, garlic, add roasted pea nuts.keep stirring..
- Add chopped onion and all vegies in it. keep stirring..
- Add all spices in it.Then add daal rice..
- Then add 1.5 glass water(according to your quantity). cover the lid. cook for 1 whistle.after 5 min open it.your masala bhaat is ready..
- Garnish it with coriander. serve with papad nd chutni..
